This is a genuine Ryobi replacement part.
It is sold individually.
The belt is installed on the BD46076 Driven Pulley and the BD46015 Idler Pulley to drive the 4 x 36 Sanding Belt & 6 inch Sanding Disc on the Ryobi BD4600 Sander.
To install the belt, start with the Idler pulley and align the cogs on the belt with the grooves on the pulley. Don't put the belt all the way on the pulley just enough to so you can install it on the Driven Pulley. Then while rotating the belt and pulleys press the belt all the way on both pulleys.
This pad is used on Ryobi and Ridgid Random Orbit Sanders.

Its purpose is to use 5 inch Hook and Loop 8 hole sandpaper attached to it.
To make the pad last longer do not put to much pressure on the sander when using it,the pressure will create heat and ruin the small hooks on the pad.
To replace the pad simply remove the four screws attaching it to the sander and replace it with a new pad.
If you would like to use a 5 inch 8 hole PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) pad, the part number is 300527003.
The 791-682039 Fuel Filter and Line, filters the fuel in the tank as it is forced into the carburetor up by means of the primer bulb.
To install.
Remove retainer ring from fuel line.
Insert fuel line thru gas cap opening.
Thread fuel line thru hole in bottom of the fuel tank.
Pull fuel line thru to firmly seat against inside tank wall.
Put retainer ring on fuel line,hold line and press ring firmly against the out side of the fuel tank wall.
Then attach fuel line to correct line on the carburetor.
The filter will at sometime get clogged with dirt and debris that has collected in the fuel tank, and will have to be replaced.
The primer hose is inserted into the fuel tank then connected to the Primer.
By pressing on the primmer a few times this assembly fills the carburetor with fuel.
When the carburetor has enough fuel in it, the excess fuel is forced back into the the tank through the fuel return line.
After time the primer hose will become brittle and crack and have to be replaced.
The primer will also lose its elasticity, and may also crack and not be able to suck up the fuel into the carburetor.
And will have to be replaced.
